Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and integrate data from multiple sources into the data warehouses. Optimize Unit testing to ensure bug free ETL Job deployment to higher environment. Implement data validation and quality assurance process to ensure integrity and accuracy of data throughout the ETL pipeline. Identify troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ETL process, including data discrepancy, process failures and performances bottlenecks. Ensure that ETL processes comply with data governance policies, security standards and regulatory requirement, including SDLC process and access control. Work closely with cross functional teams to understand business objectives and provide data solutions that support decision making.
