You will be expected to manage and optimize code, handle bug fixes, migrate codebases, and effectively apply DevOps principles to support a C# development environment. Proficiency in Azure and an understanding of ARM templates are essential for successful execution of the role. Role Description In this role, you will be responsible for a range of tasks related to coding, bug fixes, and DevOps within a C# environment. Your key responsibilities will include: Bug Fixes: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs within the codebase to ensure smooth and error-free operation of applications. Coding Ability: Write, review, and optimize code in C# and other relevant languages. Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. Read Code: Analyze and understand existing codebases to make necessary modifications and enhancements. Migrate Codebase: Manage the migration of codebases from one environment to another, ensuring compatibility and minimal disruption. ARM Configuration: Configure Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates for deploying and managing resources in Azure. ARM Build-Out: Build and manage infrastructure using ARM templates, ensuring efficient resource management and deployment. DevOps Engineering: Apply engineering fundamentals to DevOps practices, including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), automation, and infrastructure management. S360: Utilize S360 (if applicable) for relevant software development and DevOps tasks. DevOps for C# Environment: Implement and manage DevOps processes specifically tailored to a C# development environment, including build automation, deployment pipelines, and monitoring. Essential Skills Coding and Bug Fixing: Proficiency in writing and debugging code, particularly in C#. Codebase Management: Experience with codebase migration and understanding of existing code structures. ARM Configuration and Build-Out: Hands-on experience with Azure Resource Manager for infrastructure deployment and management. DevOps Fundamentals: Strong understanding of DevOps principles, including CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure as code.
