They will maintain processes to support overall master data quality, advise the master data office team on process improvements, and provide tools that enhance master data excellence, with a focus on Material Master, Vendor Master, and Customer Master. Responsibilities Data Management: Oversee the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of master data objects, including customers, suppliers, materials. Coordinate with the master data office team and business stakeholders to ensure that master data aligns with business requirements and processes. Consulting and Analysis: Analyze business processes and data requirements to provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations. Conduct gap analyses to identify issues and propose solutions to enhance master data management. System Implementation: Assist in the implementation of SAP S/4HANA related data migration. Validate data initial upload files in S/4HANA to ensure their integrity and consistency. User Training and Support: Provide training and support to the master data office team and end-users on master data management processes, master data tables and SAP functionalities related to master data Data Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor data quality metrics and processes to ensure high standards of data integrity. Identify and resolve data quality issues and discrepancies in collaboration with the master data office team Project Management: Lead or participate in master data-related projects, including system implementation, integrations, and enhancements. Collaborate with project managers, Master data office team, and business stakeholders to achieve project goals. Reporting and Documentation: Support the generation of reports and dashboards related to master data to support decision-making and strategic planning. Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations changes. Skills and Qualifications Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of SAP master data (Material, Vendors, Customer master data), desirable in SAP S/4HANA and SAP MDG. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address data-related challenges. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Project Management: Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Data Governance: Understanding of data governance frameworks and best practices.
