Exp - 9+ years Implementation and Administration of HP C7000 chassis - Install, configure, and manage server hardware and software, including operating systems (like Red Hat Enterprise Linux, CentOS, Ubuntu, and Windows), applications, and patches to support and maintain effective operations. - Directly work with VMware and HPE(c7000) to support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain server issues and security for the enterprise. - Pulse secure or any other VPN administration for servers like support, troubleshoot, and maintain VPN server issues and security for the enterprise. - Vsphere 6.5/6.7/7.0, VMware ESX and ESXi, VCenter server 7.0, orchestrator, VMwareConverter enterprise, VMware Update Manager, Power CLI, VMware Workstation8.0/10.0. - Experienced with planning, installing, configuring, and upgrading support for vCenter Server and VMware ESXi. - Managed Windows Active Directory, VMware Active directory Exchange Domain Administration and Microsoft Exchange 2007-2013. - Experienced in the administration of VMware ESX and ESXi Servers on HP C7000 and DL Proliant Physical servers. - Implementation and Administration of HP C7000 chassis with virtual connect using VCM/VCEM and OBA. - Build Windows 2008R2/2012, and RHEL servers utilizing templates, custom ISOs, PowerCLI scripts for SAP refresh project. - Provide 1st/2nd/3rd level support for Windows/ESXi servers running on a combination of HP/DL hardware. - Administering Windows 2003/2008/2012 Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and building new windows physical/virtual servers as per the requirement of the project. - Active Directory user and security group creation create shares and designate permissions, organizational units. - Preparation and validation of the migration workbooks before the migration job is setup. - Technical documentation on the diagnostics procedure and process documentation on troubleshooting, configuration. - Converted Physical servers to Virtual servers using VMware vCenter Converter standalone tool and migrated those servers. - Technical documentation on the diagnostics procedure and process documentation on troubleshooting, configuration. - Vital contributor to VMware infrastructure design a new facility, using vSphere, vCenter, and VMware ESXi to provide a mission-critical production infrastructure. - Experience with Vmware with Linux and Windows machines. Network Software Interface: - configuration for HP Brocade Switch and other vendor devices. - Console connections. - Management connections. - Familiar with common remote access hardware/software (Digi / AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc.). - Able to gather network information via common CLI commands. - In-depth cabling & data center routing/switching knowledge. - End of Row, Top of Rack, etc. - Hot and Cold rows Cabling Infrastructure knowledge: - Copper Patch Panels, Copper Limitation, RJ45 Ends - Fiber LIU, SC / LC Fiber Ends, Single / Multi-Mode Fiber - Participate in network infrastructures solutions (hands-on engineering, configuration, testing, deployment, and initial support) - Design and manage information/network systems. - Setup and operate common Linux and Windows OS servers. - Perform quality assurance testing. - Identify and resolve recurring issues. - Identify reliability risks. - Schedule and track hardware maintenance. - Update port maps and rack layouts. - Create operational procedures. - Provide technical support. - Racks. - Coordination power with facilities. - Compute hardware support (Windows, Linux, Mainframe, On-Prem cloud, and virtual solutions). - Storage hardware. - Network hardware.
