(Note: If you are not interested please share it to your friends/Colleagues, Thanks in advance) Role Description: BigData / DevOps Specialist Bellevue, WA (Onsite from day 1 ) Long-term Contract Required Skills : Microsoft Azure; C# 5.0; EV2; S360; Bigdata ADF Terraform; Advisor ; YAML and ADFBug Fixes Role Description As an Engineer in this role, you will work on a range of tasks involving Big Data, Azure Data Factory (ADF), DevOps practices, and coding. Your responsibilities will include: Big Data & ADF: Work with Big Data technologies and Azure Data Factory (ADF) to handle large-scale data processing and integration tasks. Coding & Bug Fixes: Write and maintain code, primarily in C#, and resolve any bugs or issues within the codebase. Codebase Migration: Manage and execute codebase migrations, ensuring that the transition is smooth and efficient. ARM Configuration & Build-Out: Configure Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates and build out infrastructure using these templates. DevOps Practices: Apply DevOps principles to automate processes, manage CI/CD pipelines, and integrate systems effectively. Engineering Fundamentals: Utilize fundamental engineering practices to develop, test, and deploy solutions. S360: Leverage S360 (if applicable) for software development and deployment tasks. Independent Work: Work independently on various tasks and projects, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. Essential Skills Digital DevOps: Proficiency in DevOps practices including CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure management. Microsoft Azure: Experience with Microsoft Azure for cloud services and infrastructure. C# 5.0: Strong coding skills in C# 5.0, including writing and debugging code. EV2: Familiarity with EV2 (if applicable). S360: Experience with S360 for managing software development. Big Data & ADF: Hands-on experience with Big Data technologies and Azure Data Factory (ADF). Desirable Skills Terraform: Knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC) and managing cloud resources. Advisor: Experience with Advisor (if applicable). YAML: Familiarity with YAML for configuration management and automation.
