This work involves building new product and platform capabilities across many teams while still contributing towards current 2024 business goals. In order to achieve this, we are looking to augment engineers across many existing teams. These engineers will be working across teams in order to support the following initiatives. There will be many micro-services that will enable these core functions. Project/Day to Day: Signify has built an Revenue Cycle Management Platform that enables Signify to generate invoices and submit claims to our clients for the services performed. There are several enhancements that teams are working on within this platform to meet the 2024 goals. These are a set of services that will use machine learning models to determine which members to outreach to and through what channels. These systems will also provide visibility on how the goals and targets are being met. Service Fulfillment Planner would be responsible for evaluating the current (and forecasted) availability of qualified service providers and constraining the Outreach Orchestration system to ensure outreaches (services) only occur in areas where we are certain we will be able to fulfill demand. These engineers will be working as a part of existing scrum teams focused on building out the value based outreach engine along with contributing to 2024 goals.
