Mandatory skills : EDI transactions And claims Responsibilities: - Summary: Formulates and defines system scope and objectives based on user needs. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary. Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications systems analysis activities. Skills: - Mandatory skills Health plan knowledge with emphasis on claims operations, financial reconciliation, provider networks, claims management systems, data hubs and data governance. Experience with ETL processes using data hubs and Operational Data Store (ODS), JSON, CSV, and EDI transaction standards. Good to have skills: - 4+ years of experience with Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, packages, triggers and views for programming, development, and production support.
