Role ServiceNow Admin Location Mclean, VA/Plano, TX (day one onsite, 3 days onsite in a week) The ServiceNow Platform Administrator will demonstrate skills in areas for the Operational support, Incident/problem resolution, documentation, and technical support of the ServiceNow platform. This position will focus on supporting the ServiceNow platform and administrative activities. Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow system, including making approved changes to forms, tables, reports, configuration changes and workflows. Support Upgrade activities implement new solutions in ServiceNow to meet customer requirements. Troubleshoot problems, implement bug fixes, and perform root cause analysis. Assist with upgrade planning, testing, and implementation between development and production instances, Integrations, Mid server installation and maintenance. This role will require a strong knowledge and hands on experience of the IT Service Management Modules and Automation Workflows and also requires a strong architectural knowledge of the Service Now platform and Infrastructure. 2. Role ServiceNow ITOM Developer Location Mclean, VA/Plano, TX (day one onsite, 3 days onsite in a week) Job Description: Must Have Experience Experienced in implementation of ITOM solutions using industry best practices. Hands-on development includes creation, configuration and customization of patterns, Discovery Schedules, probe, sensors and Event rules. Integrate ServiceNow ITOM modules with a variety of enterprise monitoring tools, automation of alerts, application management tools using OOB plugins and API methods. Experienced in implementation on ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt and Orchestration use cases. 3rd party software integrations with ServiceNow Design and modify ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, transform maps, service maps, web services, inbound email actions, SLAs and more. MID Server management experience Experience in multiple ServiceNow implementations Extensive knowledge of administering ServiceNow, Mid servers and Integrations.
