Job Title: ServiceNow CSDM architect Location: Eagan, MN (Work from Office) Duration: Long Term Contract Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow CSDM Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of our Common Service Data Model (CSDM) framework within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our Configuration Management Database (CMDB), aligning data with business services, and driving data quality and consistency across the platform. This role requires a deep understanding of CSDM best practices and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Role Description: Minimum 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including CSDM, CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, and related modules Proficiency in ServiceNow administration, service mapping, data modeling, and scripting (JavaScript preferred). Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST APIs is a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in managing projects, working with cross-functional teams, and delivering results on time and within scope. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
