Title: Java Lead with Supply Chain exp & Retail/ Ecommerce client exp Work Location: Bentonville, AR (Remote) Duration: Long Term Contract Job Description: Retail Knowledge in Supply Chain area like GRS, OMS, WMS etc is a must have. Responsibilities : 15 years of experience in application design and development Understand existing processes and dependencies in current business. Define technology solutions and roadmap for implementing new systems. Maintain active relationships with project stakeholders to understand business requirements, leads requirements gathering meetings and reviews designs with the product owner Implement solutions to meet business and IT needs, ensuring technical viability of new projects and successful deployments, while orchestrating key resources and infusing key Infrastructure, Application Development Ensure all solutions exhibit high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and appropriate reusability and reliability upon deployment. Identify and implement best practices and coach the stakeholders as needed do Create technical documentation and maintain the knowledge repositories. Adjust quickly to changing priorities and make quick decisions with limited information. Collaborate with Architects, Software developers and application SMEs in implementing complex end-to-end enterprise solutions. Work in onsite/offshore model.
