The primary tasks the contractor shall perform are: Upgrade .NET Framework Web Applications to .NET Core Upgrade .NET Core Web Applications to the latest released version Create Azure DevOps Build and Deploy Pipelines Conduct unit testing and defect remediation Provide estimate hours and target completion milestone dates Manage multiple task assignments concurrently and execute work in order of priority Provide written progress reports containing tasks and hours performed during report period, tasks and hours planned for next report period, and issues.
