Implicit requirements understanding. Identifying the gaps in the requirements. Requirement elicitation - making them say what they have not said yet Cross team communication and collaboration - confident, effective communicator Self-Starter and proactive Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment Experience and understanding of in Production support and performance engineering.
