This requirement is from RSM whose customer is a Boston PE company. Start dates are immediate AND IDEALLY NEXT WEEK. The need is for two senior level IT project managers for management of two large programs as part of a business transformation initiative. This Boston PE company is carving out a company from a large entity and they have sub-system needs to roll out (not ERP) that integrate to their ERP. Work in Boston area is preferred for ease of in office work, but for the right candidates they would be open to a hybrid schedule (assume 2 days onsite in Boston). Client needs very strong candidates. Key skills: Program / Project management with IT focus (large system transformations/rollouts) Prior M&A experience is a big bonus Executive Presence strong communicator. Able to move across the organization effectively and get in weeds where needed (think hold accountable) Experience with development, communications of and execution of test scripts Ability to hold all parties accountable to project goals and objectives, roll -up to program.
