Job Title: Senior .NET Full Stack Engineer Location: McKinney, TX (Hybrid 3 days on-site) local only Duration: 3-Month Contract to Hire C2C Visa:: GC/USC Interview Process: 2WebEx interview followed by a mandatory face-to-face interview NO GOOGLE PHONE NUMBER ACCEPTED Candidate must come from Financial Background LinkedIn must have & Strong communication skills Key Responsibilities: Evaluate operational feasibility by analyzing requirements, defining problems, and proposing solutions, particularly within financial applications. Develop proofs of concept, documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, and clear code to demonstrate solutions. Conduct systems analysis and recommend changes to improve financial operations and processes. Stay current with state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and industry trends to ensure systems align with financial sector best practices. Assess solution architecture, including cloud vs. on-premises, and server-less vs. instance-hosted solutions for financial applications, with a strong focus on Azure and Azure properties. Maintain confidentiality of intellectual property, financial data, and operational details. Collect, analyze, and summarize development and service issues to enhance financial systems. Develop software solutions by studying information needs and following the software development lifecycle. Perform technical analysis, document requirements, design, and develop financial software solutions. Convert functional specifications into technical artifacts, with a strong emphasis on performance, security, and extensibility in financial contexts. Conduct code reviews to ensure conformance with specifications and methodologies, particularly for security in financial applications. Provide technical support and work with business implementation leads to identify workflows and protocols for financial services. Engage with IT project management and report project status in relation to financial system development. Collaborate with Business Analysts to analyze and develop business requirements within the financial services domain. Adhere to project development plans and release dates, ensuring timely delivery of financial software updates. Contribute to QA Functional Test Scripts and Performance Test Plans, ensuring robust testing for financial software. Serve as a technical lead on multiple financial system projects, providing tasks and guidance to vendors and developers. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with a strong technical background. Strong knowledge of C#, Visual Basic, SQL Server, .NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.Net, ASP.Net MVC, HTML5, jQuery. Extensive experience with Angular 17.1.3 and AngularJS for developing modern front-end solutions. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with the Microsoft technology stack, including IIS, Windows Server, .NET, SQL Server, WPF, Web API, SSRS, and DevOps. Experience with Azure and Azure properties to build and maintain scalable cloud-based solutions. Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, CLI use, and hardware management. Awareness and understanding of storage and storage transfer protocols, especially in financial contexts. Experience in software architecture, data modeling, database design, web application security, and networking within financial systems. Ability to communicate technical issues in business terms for senior leadership decision-making in financial services. Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet aggressive deadlines.
