The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Production Planning and Quality Management (PPQM) with a proven track record of successful implementations and support projects.Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor a team of SAP professionals, guiding them through the entire implementation and rollout process. Solution Architecture: Provide expert guidance on SAP PPQM architecture and design, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. Client Communication: Effectively communicate with clients in a multinational environment, building strong relationships and addressing their needs. Solution Design: Develop innovative SAP PPQM solutions that meet customer-specific requirements and drive business value. Goal Achievement: Demonstrate a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve project objectives and meet deadlines.Qualifications and Experience SAP Expertise: 10+ years of experience with SAP, including a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in Production Planning and Manufacturing, and Quality. Implementation Experience: Successful completion of 2-3 end-to-end SAP implementations and involvement in at least 2 support projects. PPQM Skills: Deep understanding of PPQM processes, including requirements gathering, functional specifications, test script development, and user training. Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of PPQM master data, SAP batch jobs, ABAP debugging, and data ETL processes. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business problems and provide data-driven solutions. Domain Knowledge: A solid understanding of logistics, order management, and sourcing processes. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in English.
