Role: Splunk Security Engineer Location: Allen, TX(Onsite) - Only local to TX Candidates Visa: Only H1B with PPnum Mandatory Job Description: Proficiency in Splunk Enterprise, including knowledge of Splunk apps, add-ons, and best practices. Familiarity with data ingestion and integration techniques. Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation and custom integrations. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and their integration with Splunk. Monitor system performance and logs using Splunk to identify and address potential problems proactively. Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams Perform root cause analysis for incidents and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence Document support procedures and maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions Participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support as needed.
