They must know the product as well as be very experienced with the data integration and how the data comes together as it passes from the legacy system to the new system. This is a Project Manager role- NOT a Program manager, NOT a product manager, NOT a director. Requirements: Significant experience and track record of delivery of major cross functional initiatives at large and complex financial institutions. This includes how to structure initiatives, project planning, and resource allocation Strong knowledge of capital markets. Swaps and derivatives and broker dealer framework Understanding of risk, finance, operations, and data processes as well as the technologies enabling them Superior communication skills: both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff Solid knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools. Skills: 8 10 plus years of PM experience with at least 2 4 years of PM experience around swaps, derivatives, markets etc. Good communication skills, team player and working knowledge of Swaps, and Derivatives and Data flows.
