[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Details: Remote Role - OpenText xECM Analyst- USC or GCs Contract to hire option is there Long Term A growing dynamic IT organization is looking for a contract to hire OpenText xECM Analyst. You will be responsible for supporting the xECM Product and xECM project delivery across the SAP and non-SAP landscape. The position will report to OpenText xECM Product Delivery Manager and will provide support, administration, and delivery of xECM capabilities for OpenText Content Server, OTDS, xECM D365, and Records Management. You will bring your strong problem-solving skills while being able work independently to achieve timely results working collaboratively on an agile product team. Must also possess a strong customer orientation along with a delivery execution mindset. What Else Will You Do Provide support for existing production instances of OpenText xECM o Provide Level 2 and 3 support o Application process and job monitoring o Monitors and maintains performance metrics for system features, recommends, and takes corrective/preventive actions. Collaborate with internal customers, IT, SAP and OpenText departments in troubleshooting issues Deliver xECM platform and product enhancements as part of Product Team o Administer Content Server o SAP Integration and SAP enhancements o Legacy leading application integration with xECM o OTCS search, workflow, Web Reports, search templates, SmartView updates o xECM enhancements business workspaces, document declarations, new folders, metadata design o Manages and enhances security design including SAP Security integration o Records Management capabilities Deliver reporting capabilities Provide strategic guidance in implementing OpenText ECM solutions to our internal customers Map business needs to the capabilities of the ECM software Analyzes business strategy and user needs, documents specifications, and translates business objectives into proper system requirement specifications Ensure business readiness for new systems and applications What Education/Experience Should You Have Bachelors Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Management, Technology, or related field (or equivalent years of training, work experience and education) 4+ years of experience of application administration experience with OpenText Content server, OTCS, Document Pipeline, OTDS and xECM Security. Working experience of Web Reports and Live Reports Ability to configure and administer OpenText xECM / Content Server Exposure delivering OTCS Enhancements Should have solid implementation and delivery experience on OpenText Content Server, Archive Server and OTDS Basic understanding of records management principles Experience implementing OTCS workflow Good communications skills, both written and verbal, and excellent analytical/problem-solving skills.
