Job: Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer Location: PA,NJ,CT (Hybrid) Term: 12+ Months Visa : USC OR GC Linked in must Job Description client is looking for a Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer who is responsible for designing, building, testing, deploying, and supporting Microsoft 365 collaboration capabilities. This is a hybrid role requiring working on-site 2 days/week. It will also require occasional travel to other office locations. Responsibilities: Provide outstanding support for Collaboration capabilities to meet service level agreements. Participation in the teams on-call support rotation is required. Design, develop, test, and deploy new Collaboration capabilities to reliably achieve strategic objectives and key deliverables with high quality. Current priorities include AI, Automation, Application Integration, and Security/Compliance. Requirements: Bachelors degree 5+ years of relevant experience Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft 365, including: Required: Administration, Outlook, Exchange Online, Exchange Server, Teams. Desired: SharePoint Online, Power Automate, OneDrive, Viva Engage (Yammer), Stream, PowerShell scripting, advanced troubleshooting diagnostics, Copilot, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Visio, Project, Whiteboard, To Do, Planner, Lists, Viva Insights, Power Apps, Loop, Azure. Intermediate-level experience with Proofpoint E-mail Protection, covering Administration, Routing, Allow/Block Lists, Encryption, DLP, Send Securely, Secure Portal, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, delivery troubleshooting, and incident response. Familiarity with complementary collaboration tools such as Zoom, Hearsay Relate, Poppulo, Monday, BitTitan MigrationWiz, ShareGate, and SharePoint Framework development. Strong understanding of IT Service Management and ITIL, preferably with ServiceNow, including Incidents, Tasks, Problems, Knowledge, CMDB, Reporting, and Dashboards. Proven ability to manage support and request tickets within SLAs and effectively resolve Microsoft support cases. Project Management knowledge, preferably using SAFe, Jira, and Confluence, with a track record of delivering projects reliably and with quality. Understanding of Networking and Security, including DNS, Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD) with conditional access policies, certificates, firewalls, proxies, cloud access security brokers (CASB), single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), data loss prevention (DLP), and identity and access management (IAM). Knowledge of Endpoints, Servers, and Cloud platforms, including devices, operating systems, browsers, Intune, System Center, Nexthink, Amazon AWS, and Azure. Bonus: Experience working in large financial organization Preferred Microsoft certifications include MS-900, MS-700, MS-721, MS-102.
