Reverse Engineering: Analyze and migrate existing enterprise applications to GCP, ensuring seamless integration and performance. Technical Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques. Team Leadership: Mentor and coach junior team members on design, development, and implementation patterns. Client Engagement: Conduct architectural design and review sessions with external clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance. Problem Solving: Apply outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges. Communication: Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Required Qualifications: Experience: 10+ years of experience in similar roles, with at least 5+ years of cloud experience. Technical Skills: Cloud Platforms: In-depth knowledge of GCP services (BigQuery, Dataprep, Dataflow, etc.) or equivalent experience with AWS or MS Azure. Programming: Proficiency in Microsoft .NET, C#, and RESTful Web Services. Data: Strong understanding of data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques. Tools: Experience with Jenkins and Terraform. Soft Skills: Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams. Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have: Python/PySpark: Experience with Python and PySpark. MS SQL Server: Knowledge of MS SQL Server.
