Identify and address gaps, and develop mitigation plans. Compliance: Demonstrate enterprise-level understanding of compliance requirements from various state and federal agencies. Familiarity with frameworks such as OCC, FDIC, Fed Reserve, CFPB, FFIEC, ISO 27001, SIG, etc. Information Security: Deep knowledge of information security in regulated environments. Proven ability to identify risks and develop cost-effective solutions. IT General Controls: Experience in designing and evaluating IT General Controls and assessing their effectiveness. GRC Tools: Exposure to Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools and management of controls. Vendor Management: Perform vendor documentation reviews, onsite assessments, and risk evaluations. Review SIG questionnaires, document risks and recommendations, and assess vendor security controls. Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts across all organizational levels. Essential Skills: Audit Requirements: Good understanding of audit requirements and risk management processes. Compliance & Frameworks: Knowledge of compliance requirements from various state and federal agencies and industry frameworks (e.g., OCC, FDIC, Fed Reserve, CFPB, FFIEC, ISO 27001, SIG). IT Controls: Experience in IT General Controls and their effectiveness evaluation. GRC Tools: Experience with GRC tools and control management. Vendor Risk Management: Skills in performing vendor documentation review, onsite assessments, risk evaluation, and managing vendor risks. Communication: Excellent English communication skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholders. Managed Services: Experience in customer-facing roles and understanding client requirements. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze indicators of compromise and identify tactical mitigations. Interpersonal Skills: Professional demeanor with the ability to guide and advise customers on security best practices. Desirable Skills: Audit & Risk Management: Same as essential skills with an emphasis on understanding and managing audit requirements and risk processes. Compliance Frameworks: Detailed knowledge of industry standards and regulatory frameworks. IT Controls & GRC Tools: Advanced experience in IT General Controls, GRC tools, and vendor management.
