Job Title: Informatica IICS Lead Working Location: Princeton, NJ (Onsite) Project Duration: Contract We are seeking a highly skilled Onshore Lead with extensive experience in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and a strong background in technical leadership and scrum management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with all main IICS modules/components and the ability to understand business requirements, convert them into user stories, and lead a development team to execute them. The primary focus of this role is on technical capability and delivery, working closely with the offshore team. Key Responsibilities: Qualifications: Overall, 8-10 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with IICS (Data & Application Integration & Mass Ingestion) Experience with REST & SOAP API messaging and integration with other enterprise applications / SaaS applications using IICS. Minimum 2 years of experience with Python scripting. Must be familiar with data sources like Snowflake, AWS S3, PostgresSQL also familiar with JSON, XML file formats. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues with the development and support teams. Ability to manage scrum processes and deliverables. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both onshore and offshore teams. Technical Leadersh Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team. Hands-on experience with IICS, including all main modules/components. Convert business requirements into user stories and tasks in JIRA. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the development and support teams. Delivery Management: Ensure timely delivery of projects and tasks, maintaining high-quality standards. Collaborate closely with the offshore team to manage project priorities and deliverables. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any potential risks or issues. Maintain scrum deliverables and other related documentation as required. Collaboration and Communication: Facilitate effective communication between onshore and offshore teams. Conduct regular meetings and status updates with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment..
