We are seeking a ServiceNow Lead to join our team and help us enhance our ServiceNow platform, driving effective service management solutions that meet organizational needs.Job Description:

As the ServiceNow Lead, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform. Youll work closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand business requirements, design custom solutions, and ensure the platform aligns with our business goals. Your role will include mentoring a team of developers and administrators, maintaining platform performance, and promoting best practices across development and configuration.Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and maintain workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
Manage platform upgrades, patching, and feature deployments to ensure stability and performance.
Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators.
Ensure adherence to best practices and standards for platform development and configuration.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Troubleshoot platform issues and implement solutions to ensure performance and reliability.
Act as the primary point of contact for all ServiceNow-related projects, enhancements, and support.
Prepare and maintain system documentation, including configurations, customizations, and workflows.
Collaborate with internal IT teams and ServiceNow vendors for platform maintenance, upgrades, and rollouts.
Ensure security, performance, and reusability best practices are followed in all developments.
Oversee work by offshore ServiceNow development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and client guidelines.
Identify opportunities to develop reusable frameworks and components.Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
Proven experience in a leadership role, managing ServiceNow App Engine development (not as an individual contributor).
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and CSM.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and data migration.
ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.Preferred Skills:
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management.
Knowledge of ITIL v3/v4 practices and processes.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to address and solve complex issues.
Experience in performance tuning and optimizing the ServiceNow platform.
