| From: Varun, Avance [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] DevSecOps Engineer location -Brentwood,Tennessee,United States/Norcross,Georgia,United States Hybrid - 4 days a week Only for H1Bs and Locals or must be from TN and GA Key Responsibilities: Need someone who can explain implementation details for projects, issues, etc. Along with GitLab pipelines and OpenShift experience, we are looking for someone that is actively developing new pipelines and has Linux and bash experience. Ansible is also a plus. .Security Integration: Integrate security best practices into the CI/CD pipcline and across all stages of the software development lifecycle. . Automation: Develop, maintain, and enhance automated security testing tools and processes. . Vulnerability Management: Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk analysis. Implement and manage vulnerability remediation processes. . Monitoring and Response: Set up and maintain security monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems. . Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to design secure architectures and troubleshoot issues. . Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS). . Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive security documentation, including policies, procedures, and security incident reports. .Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats, trends, and technologies, Proactively identify areas for improvement in security practices and tooling. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus. . Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in DevOps, security engineering, or a related field. - Technical Skills: . Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools (c.g., Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes). . Expertise in security tools and technologies (e.g., SAST, DAST, SCA, IDS/IPS, SIEM). . Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their security features. . Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and infrastructure as code (laC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible). . Knowledge of secure coding practices and security frameworks (e.g., OWASP, NIST). -Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Abilitv to work in a fast-paced. agile environment.
