As a Cloud Platform Monitoring Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert support and monitoring for applications built on JAVA, .NET platforms, or SaaS platforms such as Azure Cloud and Power Platform. You will leverage your expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Google Cloud Capabilities to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Responsibilities: Administer Microsoft Power Platform (Copilot Studio, Power Admin Center, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI, and Custom Connector). Administer Google Cloud Capabilities (Dialogflow, Agent Builder, Vertex AI). Provide monitoring tools support for applications built on JAVA, .NET platforms, or SaaS platforms. Triage and resolve application and platform issues. Train and mentor team members on monitoring tools and processes. Utilize AppDynamics for advanced application performance monitoring. Leverage Splunk for log analysis and troubleshooting. Manage and optimize Autosys workflows. Qualifications: 5+ years of Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture experience. 5+ years of experience providing monitoring tools support for applications. 4+ years of application/platform production support experience.
