| From: ambika gupta, tek inspirations LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - MS Dynamics CRM Solutions Architect Full-remote Overview: A leading global manufacturer | supplier has a great opportunity for a remote contract to hire MS Dynamics CRM Solutions Architect to join their team in a key role, leading the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Sales (CRM) solutions. Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Sales (CRM) solutions. Administer and ensure the CRM system is configured to meet business requirements and integrates with other enterprise systems. Design and implement integration solutions to connect Microsoft Dynamics Sales with P21 ERP, Microsoft Business Central, Azure Purview, and other systems. Work with departmental stakeholders to gather requirements, develop project plans, and ensure timely delivery. Implement security measures to protect CRM data and ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, industry standards, and data privacy regulations. Qualifications: Mid to Senior level experience as a MS Dynamics CRM Support Analyst or similar role. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field. Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, help desk software and support ticketing systems. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite. Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience in user training and developing training materials. Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
