| Position Title: Tricentis/Tosca QA Test Automation Engineer Location: Lisle, IL (100% onsite, possibly hybrid in the future) Duration: 1+ year contract Interview Mode: MS Teams Video Call Visa Requirements: USC, GC, H1B, GC-EAD, Canadian TN are acceptable. For GC-EAD, proof of verification is needed. No employment letters will be provided for visa CNs. Responsibilities: Design and maintain test automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca. Define and implement test automation strategies. Lead automated testing for functional, regression, and performance tests. Mentor the test automation team and ensure best practices. Customize Tricentis Tosca functionalities as needed. Integrate with tools like Qtest and ADO, and with CI/CD pipelines. Analyze and optimize test results. Troubleshoot issues with Tosca and test automation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 15+ years in Software Testing and QA. 12+ years of experience with Tricentis Tosca. Proven experience designing test automation frameworks with Tosca. Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Selenium, Java, C#, Python). Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
