| Cisco Voice Engineer -Network Engineer NC -Remote 12 Months 8+ years of experience in voice engineering (Cisco) Healthcare industry experience preferred Certifications: CCNP/CCIE Collaboration, ITIL In-depth knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications products Strong troubleshooting skills Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Project management skills Experience with voice gateways, SBCs, SIP trunking Familiarity with network protocols, QoS, and voice security Responsible for the design, implementation, and management of Cisco Unified Communications systems in a large mental healthcare system. Key Responsibilities: Design, deploy, and manage Cisco Unified Communications, including Cisco Call Manager and Unity Connection. Perform regular maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting. Provide Tier 2/3 support, training, and documentation for users and IT staff. Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure seamless integration with overall infrastructure. Lead or participate in voice-related projects, ensuring timely completion. Requirements: Bachelors in IT or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years in voice engineering, focused on Cisco Unified Communications. Cisco certifications (CCNP/CCIE Collaboration preferred). Experience with voice gateways, SBCs, SIP trunking, and network protocols. Healthcare/mental healthcare experience is a plus. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills.
