| From: sanjay, Vyze Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: Senior Program Manager (Facilities Management Services) Location Cambridge, MA (hybrid or someone willing to travel a couple times a month) Duration: Long term contract Its not a construction PM more of a vendor management PM with facilities experience. R&D is a plus. Key Accountabilities: Provide planning and oversight for the provision of facilities services to align with the build-out and people transition to a new R&D Facility. These services include food service, janitorial, laundry, building maintenance, transportation, etc. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendor to develop overall requirements and develop milestones, deliverables, and schedule Ensure tight integration and coordination of the Facilities Management services into both the Site Buildout Plan and the People Transition Plan Provide timely updates to senior stakeholders Identify and work to resolve issues in a timely manner Develop and share recommendations and general strategies for ideal provision of facilities management services Makes periodic tours of the interior/exterior of the site to monitor progress. Qualifications: Experienced Business Transformation Program/Project Manager Large-scale, structured management consulting experience Adept at senior stakeholder engagement and communication; able to quickly gain the confidence and trust of senior stakeholders Proven ability to integrate and align objectives and milestones of multiple large-scale initiatives, allowing multiple interdependent initiatives to move forward in a highly coordinated manager Pharmaceutical R&D experience, with a working knowledge of R&D functions is a Plus PMP or other recognized project management qualification Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel Keywords: rlang information technology microsoft Massachusetts Senior Program Manager (Facilities Management Services) [email protected] |
