The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing and optimizing Oracle Cloud Recruitment modules within the Human Capital Management (HCM) suite. The position requires expertise in Oracle HCM cloud solutions, particularly within the recruitment space, to streamline recruitment processes and ensure alignment with business objectives.Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud Recruitment modules. Collaborate with HR and technical teams to design, develop, and deploy recruitment solutions. Customize and enhance Oracle HCM recruitment processes to meet business requirements. Provide subject matter expertise on Oracle Cloud HCM recruitment functionality. Support data migration, system integration, and testing efforts. Train and guide HR personnel on the effective use of Oracle HCM recruitment tools. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support. Maintain and update technical documentation for the HCM recruitment modules. Stay updated on Oracle HCM Cloud updates and industry best practices.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in HR, IT, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically within the Recruitment module. Proven experience in configuring and implementing Oracle Cloud Recruitment/HCM modules. Strong knowledge of HR processes, particularly recruitment and onboarding. Experience in integrating Oracle HCM with other third-party applications. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and HR teams. Oracle HCM Cloud certification (preferred).Nice to Have: Experience with other Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Talent Management, etc.).
