This is an on-site role with expectations that the candidate will adhere to the firm return to office guidelines Primary Responsibilities: The primary responsibility for this position is to ensure that key program and platform initiatives are appropriately managed. More specifically the role responsibilities include: 5-10 years of relevant experience Understand the system platform offerings, business practices and client initiatives. Assist the Client Enablement Lead with requirements; develop functional specifications, use cases, process flow diagrams and product documentation writing. Take ownership of the UAT process for all initiatives create test plans and ensure execution by all stakeholders, i.e., clients and the technology team. Attend scrum meetings and apply Agile practices to manage and measure the teams overall performance. Look for opportunities to improve agile practices. Enforce procedures across the squads to improve the overall operations of the team. Knowledge management activities such as documentation of system processes and application feature demonstrations with client and/or technical teams. What were looking for: Ability to manage and prioritize numerous simultaneous large projects, small tasks and ad-hoc requests Ability to work independently and to drive projects to completion Excellent oral and written communication skills.
