Must have skills: Looking for a technical manager with strong communication skills, able to troubleshoot and do hands-on coding. The person will manage multiple teams, should have knowledge of scrum and agile principles, and be proficient in Java Spring. No location preference, but more important is finding someone with the desired skill set. Required skills: Very strong in Java/J2EE concepts.
