Role: Dynatrace Engineer Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite) Role Description: Responsible for implementing and configuring Dynatraces Application Performance Monitoring solution across various environments. Follows established United & Program standards, able to setup dashboards, alerts and reports to monitor application performance. Troubleshoot the application performance issues. This involves working with other teams to coordinate the issue resolution. Analyze application performance data collected by Dynatrace and identify the potential issues, areas of improvements. Develop solutions to solve business problems with minimal supervision. Root cause analysis and dashboard creation. Continuously supervise system performance and proactively address potential issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks. Must Have Technical/Functional Skills: 3+ years of related experience with Dynatrace, python and programming skills . Strong understanding of application performance monitoring and observability tools. Experience in developing Dynatrace dashboards and setting up the alerts. Experience in migrating Dynatrace Managed to SaaS. Experience in recommending baseline monitoring thresholds, recommending performance monitoring KPIs. Dynatrace API Integration with other tools, Dockers, Kubernetes, DevOps tools like Ansible, Jenkins. Familiarities with DevOps practices, Agile methodologies and version control systems.
