Must be local to Boston and have strong leadership, professional, and collaborative skills with strong attention to detail. 5-10 years of experience, but a more tenured candidate is preferred. They must be able to lead technical discussions, so previous experience with technical projects and outsourcing will be beneficial to this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, and Teams. Financial services experience is required for this role. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Proficiency with office suite. Bachelors degree or equivalent required. Five or more (5+) years of related project management experience. Practical experience leading projects through all phases of delivery Financial skills to manage project's operating and capital budgets. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and management skills. Experience designing and delivering presentations and training to diverse audiences, including senior management, administrative staff members, technical and non-technical personnel, and clients. Ability to work independently. Ability to interact with all levels of the companys management.
