No and mail ID Job Description: As a Solutions Architect Workday, you will support the Maryland Department of Legislative Services by driving organizational process improvements, particularly within the Workday ERP system. Your work will involve aiding in the technical and functional design of the system while engaging with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth implementation and workflow optimization. Objectives: Develop a thorough understanding of the current IT infrastructure and identify areas for improvement. Streamline workflows through innovative technical solutions. Regularly communicate IT configuration updates to stakeholders. Drive organization-wide process optimization. Evaluate emerging technologies to recommend improvements. Responsibilities: Assist in the design and testing of the Workday ERP architecture. Collaborate with Workday and other application teams to identify problem areas and propose enhancements. Provide IT solutions to address challenges within the Maryland General Assembly. Ensure the creation and maintenance of comprehensive IT documentation. Partner across business functions to drive efficiency throughout the organization. Required Skills and Qualifications: Deep understanding of Workday HCM and Finance modules. Strong customer focus: Ability to assess customer needs, build relationships, manage expectations, and resolve escalations effectively. Excellent communication skills: Able to present formally to senior client audiences with impact and credibility. Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project dynamics. Broad experience with business and technology and familiarity with legislative trends. Ability to work under tight deadlines and collaborate with the Workday Implementation Team. Excellent analytical skills with a knack for creative problem-solving. Keen attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with Workday configuration and AWS as a platform. Experience in process optimization and deployment. Exposure to various infrastructure platforms and technologies. Interest in exploring and adopting new and developing technologies.
