Job Title: Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Location: Napa, CA (Work from Office) Duration: Long Term Contract Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team to maintain the reliability, performance, and scalability of our systems. The SRE will work closely with software developers, systems administrators, and DevOps teams to design and implement systems that are reliable, fault-tolerant, and easy to maintain. You will be responsible for automating repetitive tasks, managing system performance, and ensuring the availability of critical applications and services. Role Description: 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or a related role. Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java, Bash, or Ruby) for automation and scripting tasks. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and managing cloud-based services. Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems, networking, and server administration. Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Datadog, New Relic). Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
