Technical Proficiency: A strong understanding of digital platforms, including
web content management (WCM), customer relationship management (CRM), and
e-commerce systems. Familiarity with tools and technologies such as Azure, AWS,
and other cloud platforms is beneficial

2. Strategic Planning: The ability to develop and implement strategies for the
digital experience platform to align with the organization's objectives. This
includes planning and executing digital initiatives that improve user
experience and drive business growth.

3. Collaboration: Excellent collaboration skills to work closely with
cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service. The DEP
Lead must be able to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely
delivery.

4. Performance Monitoring: The ability to monitor the performance of the
digital platform and make data-driven decisions to optimize its effectiveness.
This involves analyzing user behavior, tracking key performance indicators
(KPIs), and implementing improvements based on insights.

5. Innovation and Improvement: A continuous drive to explore new technologies
and trends to enhance the digital experience. The DEP Lead should be able to
identify opportunities for innovation and implement best practices to stay
ahead in the digital landscape.

6. Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical
information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

The DEP Lead must be able to articulate the value of digital initiatives to stakeholders
and ensure alignment with business goals. These skills are crucial for ensuring
the success of digital initiatives and delivering a seamless and engaging
experience for users. (1.) To design and develop new tools as per the
client s requirements and or customize the existing tools.

(2.) To lead the technical design , ensuring alignment with business
requirements, industry standards, and best practices, while determining the
optimal configuration of modules, databases, interfaces, and integrations to
support business processes.

(3.) To prepare capability presentations, assessments, proposal preparation. (

4.) To coordinate project management related activities like creating project
plans, allocating resources, and coordinating activities among team members and
stakeholders.

(5.) To support the professional growth and development of the consulting team
members by training, and mentorship.
