| Job Title: Service Lead for WCM & Ecommerce FSP Job Location: Phoenix, AZ ( Onsite from day 1 ) Job Duration: 6+ Months Job Description: Service Lead for WCM & Ecommerce FSP role involves managing and maintaining critical applications within the ASM framework. Here are the key responsibilities: 1.Application Support: Provide leadership in incident management, configuration management, change management, release management, and overall applications support. 2.Technical Consultation: Offer in-depth technical consultation to business partners and IT management, ensuring efficient application systems development. 3.Performance Monitoring: Oversee maintenance and support activities within the production environment to address performance issues. 4.Risk Management: Manage technology risk, disaster recovery, and resiliency for the Ecommerce FSP. 5.Global Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and deliver global and local technology initiatives, work orders, and projects. 6.Adherence to Requirements: Ensure compliance with firm-wide and regulatory requirements. Desired skills: 1. Content Creation and Management: WCM systems provide tools for creating, editing, and managing digital content. This includes text, images, videos, and other multimedia elements. Users can easily update and publish content without needing technical expertise. 2.Personalization: WCM systems often include features for personalizing content based on user data and behavior. This helps deliver a more tailored and engaging experience for visitors. 3.Integration: WCM systems can integrate with other digital platforms and tools, such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e-commerce platforms, and analytics tools. This ensures a seamless flow of data and enhances the overall digital experience. 4.Scalability and Flexibility: Modern WCM systems are designed to be scalable and flexible, allowing organizations to adapt to changing needs and growing digital presence. They can support multiple websites, languages, and user roles. 5.Security and Compliance: WCM systems include features for managing security and compliance, such as user access controls, content approval workflows, and data protection measures. (1.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity. (2.) To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects. (3.) To ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions or review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations). (4.) To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and closure of escalations.
