Hi, Please go through below job role and do let me know if you have any available resume:- Need employee central certified consultant Role :- SAP Success factors EC & ECP Architect Location: Remote Job Description / Responsibilities: Experienced in merger programs to review different landscapes and understand the features and gaps and build solution architecture for merger of the HCM systems Should be Certified Employee Central Associate and / OR Certified Employee Central Payroll Associate, should hold ACTIVE certification Good experience with various types of EC Reporting & Reports migration Atleast 3 end to end implementation experience in Success factors Expertise in USA payroll and Taxes design and configuration. Expertise in BSI TaxFactory configuration and maintenance. Knowledgeable in BSI TaxFactory bulletin update and testing Wage type set up. Including payment models and taxability setups. Benefits / Retirement plans configuration, business rules and integration with SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Experience with integrating and interfacing third-party vendor systems/applications with SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central Payroll. Excellent understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global organizations Lead and manage the SuccessFactors workstream to contribute to the overall project success Working closely with a large teams to deliver results for the client Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and standard SuccessFactors modules Expertise in providing Consulting Services to the Global organizations in HCM Best Practices and help clients to migrate to SAP HCM Cloud solutions Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution in compliance with the Best Practices Hands-on all the Data Models and excellent knowledge of XML. Must have worked on MDF, Foundation objects, Associations, Business rules and workflows. Understanding of Config and Data migrations. Expertise in blueprint designs, System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint. Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts and support UAT. Performing Cut-over, Go-live, support Hypercare and documentation for Knowledge Transition. Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned client project managers to develop the scope, strategy, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and governance for the project. experience as Solution Architect, Configuration and Implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central / Employee Central Payroll with at least 3 full life cycle SuccessFactors implementation. Experience with Data migration, Data Reporting & Validation. Should be a Success factors Architect.
