This pivotal role, reporting directly to the Regional Plant Controller, involves overseeing financial closing, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting for our Finance team. The ideal candidate will excel in data analysis, attention to detail, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities include: Implementing and ensuring adherence to financial and process controls. Establishing and maintaining production standards and actualized cost activities. Overseeing process order variance analysis, managing plant spending, and monitoring KPI metrics. Collaborating with leadership on budgets and forecasts. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, BI, Excel4Apps, and integrated reporting solutions. Strong teamwork, relationship-building, and coordination skills. Ability to collaborate with diverse teams across different geographies. Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
