Job Title: PL/SQL Developer with Recent Experience with Healthcare Claims Location: 100% Remote Work Duration: Long term contract Visa : H1B, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, Green card Holder & Us Citizen Start Date ASAP.... Must recent experience with Health plan knowledge with emphasis on claims operations, financial reconciliation, provider networks, claims management systems, data hubs and data governance. Summary: Formulates and defines system scope and objectives based on user needs. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary. Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications systems analysis activities. Ideal Candidate: Developer will be responsible for using Oracle PL/SQL to extract data from back-end transactional systems. This role will be accountable for break/fix operational support as well as new development & enhancements with limited supervision. The developer will be handle all phases of the software lifecycle with an emphasis on SQL design, development, & performance tuning. Preferred Qualifications: 4+ years of experience with Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, packages, triggers and views for programming, development, and production support. Health plan knowledge with emphasis on claims operations, financial reconciliation, provider networks, claims management systems, data hubs and data governance. Experience with ETL processes using data hubs and Operational Data Store (ODS), JSON, CSV, and EDI transaction standards. Experience with production operations support working multiple, parallel projects. Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, Health Information Technology, or related field of study.
