Experience in access certifications, access requests, workflow, delegated administration, password self-service in SailPoint Identity. Hands on experience in aggregation, workflow, tasks, forms, rules, roles. Experience in administration of LCM workflow for onboarding, transfer, off boarding and emergency termination process. Experience in execution of day-to-day application maintenance, monitoring, processing, and user support for multiple SailPoint related activities. Familiarity with RBAC. Should have experience in Implementation and configuration of connectors between identity and in-scope applications. Experience in SailPoint requirement gathering, attribute mappings. Experience in vulnerability management and patch management of SailPoint IIQ. Must have experience in working with Linux\\Unix environment. Familiarity with other IAM systems and Active Directory, LDAP. Working knowledge of ITIL incidents, change, problem management. Drive root cause analysis, implement service improvement ideas. Leads documentation efforts for the team, mentoring junior analysts. Serves as a subject matter expert for SailPoint team.
