| Job Title: OnBase System Administrator Job Location: REMOTE (but must be on-site for the first week in Tallahassee) Job Duration: 12-month contract Job Overview: Analyze server performance to identify resource contention and recommend changes or upgrades as needed to ensure optimization. Perform Active Directory management activities. Develop and maintain technical specifications, standards, procedures, and systems documentation. Inventory, document, install, and maintain OnBase applications on servers and assist users with access. Research and recommend appropriate technical solutions to meet functional requirements. Provide recommendations for possible process improvements within the OnBase team. Create schedules for the development and implementation of OnBase systems. Develop system test plans to ensure OnBase software meets design criteria. and Perform additional Systems Administrator tasks as required by the Department. Required Experience: Excellent English-speaking and presentation skills. Five (5) or more years of IT experience. Three (3) or more years of Hyland OnBase software experience. Experience in the configuration and administration of Content Management system(s). Experience working in a virtual server environment. Three (3) or more years of experience as an OnBase System Administrator. Working experience with three or more key OnBase modules. Two (2) or more years of experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) queries. Preferred Experience: Five (5) or more years of experience administering Active Directory Domain Services. Experience with administering Windows servers. Certification in any of the following: OnBase Systems Administrator certification, Hyland OnBase Advanced Systems Administration certification, Hyland OnBase WorkFlow Administrator Professional certification, or Hyland OnBase WorkView Administrator Professional certification. Proficient in the configuration and administration of Hyland OnBase software and modules. Experience preparing status reports and providing management briefings. Experience with servers and systems utilized in a criminal justice environment. Knowledge of IT standards in a criminal justice environment. Knowledge of integrating OnBase with other enterprise systems and databases. Excellent problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize system performance.
