LOCATION Miami, FL (hybrid) might consider remote for a rockstar! DURATION Long term REQUIRED SKILLS Must have skills: SN HRSD Implementation skills, Large Scale Change Management Skills. Note, we are not looking for Architects or Developers. Certifications are nice to have but not required. MUST HAVE: Recent Lead experience Job Description Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a large-scale ServiceNow HRSD implementation project in partnership with a the project manager from the System Implementers team ensuring that all activities required by the client are managed in accordance to the larger plan. Develop and implement comprehensive project and change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of ServiceNow HRSD in alignment with the system implementer and client needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables. Partner with system implementer and client leadership to finalize definition of client project team. Create and maintain detailed project plans and timelines in accordance with client standards. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies. Facilitate change management activities, including stakeholder analysis, communication plans, and training programs. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management and stakeholders. Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, ensuring effective collaboration and performance. Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in project and change management for ServiceNow HRSD implementations with multiple implementation projects completed. Strong understanding of HR processes and ServiceNow HRSD functionalities. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management and change management tools and methodologies. PMP, Prosci, or similar certifications are highly desirable. SN HRSD Implementer Certification is preferred, but not required.
