Lead end-to-end migration including re-hosting, re-platforming, and app modernization. Optimize Azure infrastructure for performance, cost, and security. Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates. Create technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to teams. Qualifications: Proven experience in Azure cloud migrations and architecture. Expertise in Azure services, cloud-native architecture, and IaC (Terraform, ARM). Strong communication and leadership skills. Preferred: Azure certifications (Solutions Architect Expert, Administrator Associate).
