Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution. Manage team performance, provide feedback, and support professional development. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues. Gather and document business requirements, ensuring that the development team understands the project objectives. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and business needs. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets. Escalate critical issues to senior management when necessary. Provide regular reports to senior management on project progress, risks, and outcomes. Qualifications Flexibility to work across different time zones.
