| From: john, Vaaridatech [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: SAP Consultant (FICO & FICA) Location: Sunnyvale, CA / Austin, TX (Onsite) Experience Required: 8-10+ Years Job Description: We are looking for an experienced SAP Consultant specializing in FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) and FICA (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable) to join our dynamic team in either Sunnyvale, CA, or Austin, TX. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP modules, financial processes, and the integration of FICO and FICA. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the implementation and support of SAP FICO and FICA modules in large-scale SAP environments. Design, configure, and test SAP modules to meet the functional and business requirements. Perform data migration and integration between FICO and FICA modules. Provide subject matter expertise on FICO and FICA processes, working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions. Ensure seamless integration of FICO and FICA with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, and HR). Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate end-users on SAP FICO and FICA functionalities. Collaborate with the technical team for custom development and enhancements. Provide production support and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption. Stay updated with SAP product roadmaps, enhancements, and best practices, especially for FICO and FICA modules. Required Skills: 8-10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP FICO and FICA modules. In-depth knowledge of SAP FI (Financial Accounting), including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting. Strong experience with CO (Controlling), including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders. Proficiency in FICA for handling accounts receivable processes, contract accounting, and billing processes. Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 or S/4HANA environments. Expertise in data migration tools, integration techniques, and SAP configuration. Familiarity with ABAP debugging, functional specifications, and cross-module integration. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business users and technical teams. Experience with end-to-end SAP project lifecycles, from blueprinting to go-live and post-go-live support. Experience working in Agile or other collaborative development environments is preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in SAP S/4HANA migration projects. Knowledge of SAP FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management) is a plus. Professional certifications in SAP FICO or SAP FICA.
