Strong Contact center experience Strong Experience with working in NICE CXone Experience working in Onshore-Offshore model Experience in working with the client and leading the discussions with them Able to handle the business stakeholder meetings on their own. Able to adopt new service product sets of nice cxone suite Must Have Skills 5+ years of overall experience in Contact Center 3+ Years of relevant NICE CXone Experience Implementation and MO (Maintenance and Operations) experience Mentor junior analysts Great communication skills Strong debugging and analytical skills " (1.)
