React/Next-JS - Technical questions Architecture - Current project / clean architecture Public cloud environment (GCP preferred, or AWS OR Azure) API gateway management Very Strong communication skills Hands on Architect Job Description: P erform development work across the technology stack (both front-end/back-end expertise). They are versatile in how they can add value, demonstrating the ability to manage the completion of projects that involve databases, backend services, or the development of front-end applications. They should be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of emerging technologies to support the development of new solutions. Software Engineers understand the full technology stack and underlying applications, services, and databases in order to ensure optimal performance. Responsible for the overall design of a product and the definition of the technical blueprints/designs to fulfill specific requirements. They provide technical expertise to Product Managers and the Development Pods as they reconcile the users' needs and requirements with what the engineers have determined to be doable within the given (engineering) constraints. They work closely with Solution Architects, Product Managers, POD teams, and Product Owners to support the implementation and delivery of new and/or enhanced capabilities. Lastly, they are responsible for defining non-functional requirements (e.g., performance, resilience, etc.) to ensure the scalability and reliability of a given product within a complex ecosystem. REQUIRED 10-15+ years functional design and technical design experience with large-scale applications, specifically large enterprise level B2C and B2B ECommerce applications. Mastery of scaling applications from threading implementations to infrastructure scaling and topology planning. Experience with developing and running applications in a public cloud environment (GCP preferred, or AWS OR Azure). Experience working with a major relational database (DB2, SQL Server etc.) and/or NoSQL. Experience in Java EE and specifically in developing Java based APIs. Spring Framework experience. Hands on Experience leveraging asynchronous communication patterns for developing distributed applications. Experience with IBM MQ, Azure EventHub is desirable. Strong familiarity with API gateway management (Apigee preferred, APIM, and DataPower). [Any one of these] Understanding of integration patterns, concepts, and best practices. Familiarity with EDI solutions for batch and Realtime transformations of data. Familiarity with data integration systems (Broker, B2Bi, PI/PO OR etc.) [Any one of these] Proven ability to work effectively and produce consistent results with minimal supervision. Proven ability to effectively mentor junior team members on design, data mapping, programming, and testing techniques. Strong conceptual, analytical, problem-solving, decision making, troubleshooting, and resolution skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrates a positive attitude, is self-motivated, responsible, conscientious, and detail oriented. Understanding of corporate IT policies, procedures, and standards. Recommended: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Proven experience delivering Azure cloud technology solutions. Ability to lead and mentor devops teams.
