Should be knowledgeable enough to manage Client/Business discussion, Testing alone on need basis Cutover, Conversions, Go Live and Production Support Able to visualize the dependencies and identify risk and be able to identify the mitigation actions. Able to manage SIT/UAT Testing, Business Training & Testing support Must Have Skills Good knowledge of WMS Primary. Secondary OM/INV/PO/MFG/Planning Knowledge of support tools like ServiceNow is a must. Willing to work in Support project. Willing to work in Shifts. Able to triage production issues and perform root cause analysis.
